This workshop is for people who feel behind and are done feeling that way. No technical background. No coding. No one making you feel stupid for asking. We don't start with tools. We start with you. Where do you actually stand with AI — what are you afraid of, specifically? What would you never hand over, even if a machine did it better? What have you already handed over without deciding to? You'll write your own line in one sentence, and it becomes your filter for everything that follows. Being "behind" isn't a personal failure. It's what happens when a big change moves faster than the conversation about it. So we have the conversation first. Then a plain-language map. What these tools actually do, what they get wrong, what they cost, who's building them and why. Fifteen minutes, no jargon — just enough to stop guessing. Then you do it. You bring one real thing from your work or business — the email you keep putting off, the contract you need to understand, the week you can't plan, the listing you haven't written — and you get it done, with help in the room, checking it against your own line.
