Aurras Waves: Somatic Dance Nights (Joe Goode Annex)

Aurras Waves is a weekly Thursday night 5Rhythms® and somatic movement practice in San Francisco. Through music and movement, you’ll move through the 5Rhythms Wave—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—at your own pace and in your own way. Come to move what has accumulated during the week, get out of your head and into your body, explore how you respond to music and movement, and share a dance floor with others. Each week brings a different theme or inquiry, while the 5Rhythms® Wave provides the structure. There are no steps to learn and no choreography to follow. Whether you have danced for years or are stepping onto a dance floor for the first time, you are welcome. Thursdays · 7:00–8:30 PM Joe Goode Annex · San Francisco Drop-ins welcome. No dance experience needed.
