British Mince Pies - A Holiday Baking Class

No meat, despite the name, a tradition dating back to the Victorian era - You'll taste homemade mincemeat which consists of seasonal fruit, lemon peel, warm spices and brandy (it's not British if it's not boozy!) We'll make the pastry together and then you'll make a dozen pies of your own. We'll bake and enjoy a couple straight out of the oven with a cup of mulled cider. The others go home with you, ready to freeze and bake at your next holiday gathering. Once you've made and tasted proper mince pies, you'll be making them every season!
