Featured Speakers Sheen Khoury Advisor, Hivekind AI & The Onoratio Corporation Former EVP Worldwide Sales & Marketing, A10 Networks Sheen's career reads like a tour of enterprise infrastructure's biggest scaling stories. He took NetScaler from $2M to $100M ahead of its acquisition by Citrix, built Aerohive's first sales team from zero to 220 enterprise customers, drove 10x revenue growth at Vyatta before its acquisition by Brocade, and served as CRO at OpsRamp through hypergrowth and its acquisition by HPE, where he went on to scale global sales past $200M ARR. Most recently, he joined A10 Networks as EVP of Worldwide Sales & Marketing and delivered record Q4 2025 and full-year 2025 results while rebuilding the leadership team and launching a company-wide GTM transformation. His approach traces back to a less obvious starting point: purchasing, logistics, and ISO 9001 discipline at a Mobil Oil refinery. That process rigor is still how he thinks about building sales organizations today. He's spent his career focused on enterprise cybersecurity, networking, and AI infrastructure — markets where long sales cycles and technical complexity reward operators who know how to build hunters, develop channel, and create real pipeline discipline. B.V. Jagadeesh Founding Managing Partner - Silicon Valley Quad( SVQ ), FalconX Incubator and KAAJ Ventures B.V. co-founded and served as CTO of Exodus Communications, helping take the internet data center pioneer public in 1998. He went on to fund and run NetScaler as CEO, growing it into the market leader in application delivery before its acquisition by Citrix for $325M in 2005. Since then, he's built a track record as an active angel investor and VC with more than 40 investments and multiple exits, including early bets on Nutanix and Ocarina Networks. He currently sits on the boards of several portfolio companies and stays close to enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity as an investor. Sheen and B.V. actually crossed paths years ago, both came up through Exodus and NetScaler on the way to building what came next.
