On Friday, October 2, Cherry is taking over Novela for our official launch: 300 people, female DJs, dancing, drinks, and absolutely no networking. The only rule: don’t ask anyone what they do for work. You can ask about sex, money, dating, periods, divorce, kids, bad decisions, whether you should text them back, or the meaning of life. Just no small talk. Come with your friends. Come on a date. Come alone. Just come ready to actually talk to someone you don’t know. Expect female DJs, dancing, cocktails, anonymous confessions, questions you’d normally only ask the group chat, unexpected conversation starters, and a few things we’re not telling you about yet. Cherry has always been about the things we’re actually thinking about but somehow still whispering about. This is a party about saying them out loud. But mostly, we want you to leave thinking: that was a really f*cking fun night. MUSIC Local female DJs, to be announced. WHAT TO WEAR 🍒 Dress code: disco decadence. Think sequins, satin, sheer, metallics, feathers, fur, cherry red, excellent tailoring and sunglasses after dark. If you'd wear it to dinner, go one step further. Simply put?
