An evening of original songs in a range of musical styles. From soulful ballads to funky grooves, these pieces move between personal stories and reflections on modern life. Highlights from the program include: Yasuko: A soulful ballad remembering the composer’s late immigrant mother. Faust: A high-energy retelling of the man who sold his soul for greed. House Occupied: A funky groove capturing the overload of digital life. One More Time: A milonga navigating the confusing maze of modern relationships. Dance Me Home: A waltz inspired by a dying friend’s final request.
