Agenda: • 5:15p doors open • 5:30-6p: mingling & 🍕 • 6-7:15: demos & trivia! 🪎 test your knowledge for prizes! • 7:15-7:30p mingling and 👋 Speakers Josh Weimer, Member of Technical Staff, Anthropic An Early Look at the Next Year of Building with AI: Multiplayer, Proactivity, and Ownership Most of us still build with AI the same way: open a tool, describe a task, get a result. That's single-player, reactive, and scoped to one task at a time, and it's already starting to look dated. Inside Anthropic, we're seeing three shifts happen at once. Agents are becoming multiplayer, working alongside several engineers in the same thread. They're becoming proactive, showing up when the work does instead of waiting to be prompted. And they're taking ownership of standing responsibilities for weeks or months. In this session, I'll walk through real patterns from how we work with Claude internally and show what changes when those three shifts land together. We'll also cover what sets teams up to get the most out of a multiplayer, proactive agent that owns real work. ―――――――――― Talia Kohan, Staff Developer Advocate, Postman Beyond Code Generation: Building Context-Aware Engineering Agents Most AI coding tools can generate code. Few can answer a more important question: what else needs to change? In modern systems, a single API change can impact specifications, collections, backend services, frontend applications, tests, CI/CD pipelines, databases, documentation, and infrastructure. Experienced engineers know that implementing the change is often the easy part. Understanding its downstream impact—and updating every dependent system correctly—is where the real work begins. This talk explores how autonomous agents can move beyond code generation by leveraging a Context Graph built from the artifacts engineering teams already maintain: API specifications, collections, tests, environments, source code, and runtime dependencies. Rather than operating on individual files in isolation, these agents can reason about relationships across an entire system. ―――――――――― Evan Eissler, Solutions Architect, Vercel From Zero to Production Agent: Setup Is No Longer the Hard Part Building an agent no longer requires weeks of infrastructure work. With eve, Vercel’s open agent framework, you can deploy a live agent in a single command. The real challenge is securely connecting it to the tools and data it needs to do useful work. In this session, we’ll show how to go from a running agent to a production-ready one by securely connecting it to the systems where work actually happens—without relying on static credentials or unmanaged secrets. ―――――――――― Grant Huston, Account Executive, Supabase From Empty Database to Live App: The Backend Is No Longer the Bottleneck Standing up a backend used to mean stitching together a database, auth, file storage, and a realtime layer, then wiring them all to an API before you could ship a single feature. With Supabase, you get all of that on day one from a single Postgres project. The real challenge now is proving it holds together, that your data, your auth, and your realtime updates all move as one system under real conditions. In this session, I'll build a working app live, starting from raw SQL and going straight to production. You'll see Postgres, auto-generated APIs, Realtime, and Storage come online in real time, so by the end we'll have a real app running on real infrastructure, built right in front of you! ―――――――――― Space is limited. Register today. See you soon! Note: Doors open at 5:15p. Entry will not be granted prior to that. Thank you for your understanding. ―――――――――― 💬 Keep the Conversation Going Join us in…
