Elé Howell

Elé Howell at The Deluxe features the Bay Area–born, New York–based drummer, percussionist, and composer whose highly interactive playing combines rhythmic sophistication with a broad, exploratory jazz vocabulary. Howell has toured and recorded with major artists including Ravi Coltrane and Chief Adjuah, and his work moves fluidly between modern jazz, global rhythm, and creative improvisation.
