Lunada’s last celebration of the year will also be the final stop of ¡Poetry on la Veinti Cuatro! for this year’s Litquake. Curated by Josiah Luis Alderete ¡Poetry on la Veinti Cuatro! is a 24th Street poetry crawl celebrating three Mission reading series that have been integral in shaping this neighborhood’s deep literary history: Poets in the Window at Medicine for Nightmares, Pan Dulce Poets at La Reyna Bakery, and La Lunada at Galería de la Raza. Join us to cap off the day with even more performances curated by Norman Zelaya, a DJ, and vendors.
