Halloween Rave Run 🎃 Saturday, October 31 | 11 AM–4 PM What if your run club and your Halloween day party had a baby? Avid’s Rave Run is back for a Halloween edition, bringing together a community 5K run/walk, live house music, a daytime dance party, recovery experiences, and some seriously good costumes. This is not a race. There’s no clock, no podium, and no pressure to keep up. Run it, walk it, dance your way through it, or skip the 5K and join us for the party. All paces, bodies, and levels of experience are welcome. 🎧 Core Elements *Live House DJ Sets with DJ DEE and DJ Tiny Tim *5K Community Run/Walk: A joyful, noncompetitive route for runners, walkers, dancers, and everyone in between. *Music-Fueled Group Warm-Up: Led by Avid’s sports medicine and movement team to get your body ready before the 5K. *Beginner House Dance Pop-Up: Learn a few foundational house steps, loosen up, and find your rhythm before taking your new moves onto the dance floor. No dance experience required. *Post-Run Halloween Dance Party: Hosted by Dr. Veronica Jow, The SF Rave Doctor *Recovery Lounge: Stretching, massage, hydration, mobility, and recovery experiences to help you feel as good after the run as you did at the start. *Wellness Bar: Featuring fresh Juice by Juices con Amor, Happie THC/CBD and mushroom drinks for a different kind of post-run refreshment. *Community Hangout: Snacks, wellness vendors, music, and plenty of time to connect with your fellow Rave Runners. ⏰ Event Schedule 11:00 AM: Doors open, check-in, music, vendors, and community hangout 11:30 AM: Music-fueled group warm-up 12:00 PM: 5K run/walk begins 1:00 PM: Halloween dance party and Recovery Lounge open: Live DJ sets, open dance floor, recovery experiences, drinks, snacks, and community hangout 2:00 PM: Beginner house dance pop-up 4:00 PM: Event ends Cost: Early bird: $18 General admission: $25 Day-of: $30 Rave Crew (Group of 4): $80 🎟️ Included With Your Ticket Your ticket includes the full Rave Run experience, plus complimentary snacks, fresh juice, and non-alcoholic drinks. Massage will be available by donation, with proceeds benefiting a local community organization.
