Decentered Featured Events (SOMA 8th St) Event Link Heisei Ko and Decentered Arts invite you to join us for a night of Japanese avantgarde garmentry, culture, and artistic expression featuring an artist talk by Heisei Ko. There will be music by SOULSTAR, snacks, and drinks curated around Japanese culture as well. Please, come hear and experience our "Monogatari" (Fairy Tale). Arigatou gozaimasu.
