The Commons: Third Space (Hayes Valley) Event Link We often know what we want (or don’t want)  but squirm away from saying a clear “no” when we’re not interested. As time goes on, we say yes to avoid conflict, or make compromises simply to “keep the peace” in relationships. If this sounds familiar, you probably already know that this tendency can take a toll on your connection (not to mention on your peace and self-confidence)! This workshop offers a reset. Through experiential and awareness-building practices we’ll explore how patterns of people-pleasing or appeasing to avoid conflict show up in your body, and what you can do to start saying clearer “no’s” with more grounded confidence. Join us to:  -Build awareness in knowing when your body is saying "no" and how to listen to that -Feel more grounded and steady as you navigate the discomfort of setting boundaries -Gain confidence in expressing your boundaries (and saying "no") with more clarity and authenticity What to Expect: This 2-hour workshop is open to all. It blends guided reflection with simple somatic practices. No prior experience needed. Expect a grounded, curious space committed to self-discovery. About the Facilitator: Annalisa Jackson is a somatic coach and facilitator who helps people build self-trust and emotional clarity in love and life. Her approach blends nervous system awareness with somatic practices, supporting clients to move from overthinking into embodied confidence. Having worked with hundreds of clients, she's seen that lasting change begins by reconnecting to the wisdom of the body. ―――――――――― SF Stuff To Do Do not edit this event! changes will be overwritten
