Join us for an evening of deep listening and restorative sound designed to support rest, reflection, and nervous system reset throughout the year. Through soothing sonic vibrations, from crystal and Himalayan bowls to strings and chimes, the Hub's own Callista Shepherd will guide participants on a calming sound journey that supports mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. Simply sit comfortably or lie down, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to wash over you. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and reconnected, carrying a sense of clarity, calm, and ease back into the rest of your week.
