Jaycie Grady Trio

Jaycie Grady leads a modern jazz trio at Waystone, bringing the energetic, improvisation-first approach of a drummer, composer, teacher, and frequent Bay Area collaborator. A San Diego native studying in the San Francisco Conservatory of Music’s Roots, Jazz, and American Music program, Grady plays with local groups including Mare, Oddity, Veotis Latchison, and Galileo and the Stars; her own music connects bebop swing with punk and dance-music momentum.
