“LoveFest SF” Free 7-Hour Reggae Festival in Golden Gate Park + Food Drive (SF)

LOVEFEST SF TURNS MUSIC INTO MEANING WITH COMMUNITY FOOD DRIVE IN GOLDEN GATE PARK Organized by Value Culture, founded by Adam Swig, the free, all-ages celebration brings together San Francisco’s music and creative communities for a day of live performances, ecstatic dance and giving back ahead of the holiday season, featuring DJ Seth Finkin, Jamaican reggae artist BLVK H3RO and a food drive benefiting the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank. In advance of the holiday season, San Francisco’s music and creative communities are coming together to dance for a cause at LoveFest SF at Crucial Reggae Sundays on Sunday, November 8. LoveFest SF attendees are invited to participate in a community-wide canned food drive benefiting the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank. Organized by Value Culture, founded by Adam Swig, and presented in partnership with Illuminate Live and the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department, the food drive will kick off at Golden Gate Park’s Spreckels Temple of Music Bandshell at Crucial Reggae Sundays, a free, all-ages celebration featuring a full day of live music, DJs and dancing. The LoveFest SF celebration begins at 12:00 PM, featuring acclaimed house DJ and community curator Seth Finkin (FINKIN), alongside a dynamic lineup of live music and performances. Highlights include Jamaican reggae artist BLVK H3RO with the 3PEAT Band, Gavin Hardkiss, music from June Robin & Friends, an ecstatic dance experience with Embodied Groove, and DJ sets by DJ Sep, Irie Dole and Guid8nce. “When we combine music, creativity and a commitment to supporting our neighbors, we create something bigger than an event. I’m excited to bring San Francisco’s creative community together to support local families ahead of the holiday season,” said Adam Swig, founder of Value Culture. “Music is about connection. The dance floor creates a space where people can express themselves and connect through a shared love of music. I’m looking forward to bringing that energy to Golden Gate Park while supporting a great cause. If we can get people dancing, smiling and bringing food to help those in need, that’s what community is all about,” said Seth Finkin, DJ and community curator. Guests are encouraged to dance for a cause and bring nonperishable canned food donations to support the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank, helping provide essential food resources to local individuals and families as the holiday season approaches. Admission is free, and all ages are welcome.
