Manny's: Low Key Lectures: What Made the Beatles So Special?

Join us for a night of music appreciation, analysis, and history examining the magic of the Beatles and their legacy. We are thrilled to welcome Mark Applebaum, composer and professor at Stanford University, who will teach us just what made the Beatles so unique. Thirteen albums. Seven short years. And yet the Beatles evolved so much over that time and changed music for decades to come. Was it their innate musical ability? Was it their creative songwriting? Was it their commitment to experimentation and a changing sound? Or was it simply their charm? Join us for a night exploring the Beatles, and you will leave hearing them in a new light.
