Join San Francisco textile artist Margaret Timbrell for the opening reception of Urban Tapestries, a solo exhibition depicting the urban wildlife that live alongside us, mostly in California landscapes. Through rug tufting, embroidery, quilting, appliqué, and other handwork, Timbrell considers how wildlife adapt to changing places and what their presence says about belonging and survival in the city.
