Minimal Julián brings a 6:30–9:30 pm set to Etcetera Wine Bar, led by Buenos Aires–born singer, songwriter, and composer Julián Armando Gervasi, now based in San Francisco. His project fuses indie rock, psychedelic pop, freak folk, and jazzy textures, drawing on influences like The Velvet Underground, Devendra Banhart, Mac DeMarco, Radiohead, and Pescado Rabioso. The songs blend European Latin spirit from Buenos Aires with the dreamy, nostalgic atmosphere of San Francisco, creating warm, romantic, and slightly surreal moods that fit a seated wine-bar listening room.
