Oscar LaDell at Biscuits & Blues brings the U.S.-born, New Zealand–raised, Melbourne-based singer-songwriter and guitarist to San Francisco for an emotionally direct set steeped in Blues and Soul. LaDell’s rich, story-forward voice, minimalist arrangements, and expressive guitar work draw on influences including Curtis Mayfield, Muddy Waters, Bonnie Raitt, Sam Cooke, B.B. King, Bobby Bland, and Al Green, while his original writing moves between intimate personal reflection and socially conscious themes. Two shows: 6:30pm and 9pm. Tickets: $25-50
