For this special set he is joined by Grammy-nominated Portland pianist Randy Porter — a rare stylist with a freewheeling, adventurous approach rooted in classic bebop who has performed alongside Art Farmer, Clifford Jordan, and as a regular member of Charles McPherson’s band — alongside bassist Jon Wiitala for a night of the finest bop and post-bop repertoire Keys Jazz Bistro has to offer.
