In one focused hour, we bring somatic awareness together with creative practice to help you meet what you are carrying with steadiness and clarity. How the hour flows Arrive (15 min). We begin with a short guided reflection that creates space to notice what is asking for your attention right now. Create (25 min). With Kanupriya's guidance, you will work with poetry and mindful pattern-making art (zentangle). No artistic experience is needed. The practice quiets the thinking mind and lets insight surface through the hands. Settle (10 min). Uma leads a somatic meditation that brings awareness back to the body, so you leave grounded, present, and connected to yourself. We close with time to share and connect with the others in the room.
