For the questions that keep returning A creative pause to return to yourself. 🌀 What's living rent-free in your head? Most of us carry something unresolved. A decision we can't make. A conversation we're avoiding. A fear that keeps resurfacing. A question that follows us from meeting to meeting and somehow arrives home before we do. These patterns rarely stay contained. They quietly shape how we lead, how we respond under pressure, and how present we are with the people who matter most. Most of us try to think our way through them. But the patterns that run deepest were never built by thought alone, and they rarely release through thought alone. This evening offers a different way in. 🎨 A rare combination of art and awareness This is a space for depth. An evening where your only task is to slow down, get curious, and meet what has been waiting for your attention. We bring together two practices you will rarely find in the same room: a meditative pattern-making art form rooted in centuries-old tradition, and somatic awareness grounded in nervous system science. One quiets the thinking mind through the hands. The other helps you listen to what your body has been holding all along. Together, they create the conditions for the kind of clarity that thinking alone cannot reach. 🕯️ An intimate circle, by design We are keeping this gathering to a small group of women. Small enough that every voice has room. Safe enough that you can set down the version of yourself that always has it together. This is a space to be witnessed without being evaluated, to bond with women who understand the weight you carry, and to connect beyond titles and pitch decks. 🌿 The evening moves through three layers 🗣️ TalkWe open with guided reflection and conversation, creating a held space to notice what is present and what may be asking for your attention. 🖌️ CreateGuided by Kanupriya, you will work with poetry and mindful pattern-making art as tools for inquiry. No artistic experience is needed. The creative process often reveals what stays hidden when we only think. 🧘 SettleUma will guide a somatic meditation to help you notice how your experience lives in the body, and to cultivate presence, groundedness, and ease you can carry into the week ahead. Three modalities. One inquiry. A different way of seeing yourself. 💫 What you'll leave with ✅ Greater clarity around the challenge, question, or pattern that has been occupying your mind✅ A deeper self-awareness of how that pattern shows up in both your thinking and your body✅ A completed piece of artwork that holds the insight of the evening✅ Simple, practical tools for reflection and grounding you can return to anytime✅ Genuine connection with a circle of thoughtful, accomplished women 🍵 We'll provide healthy snacks and beverages. 🙋 Who this is for Women founders, leaders, builders, and creatives who carry a lot, decide a lot, and are ready to give themselves one evening of depth instead of another evening of doing. If you have been craving presence, clarity, and real connection, this gathering was designed for you. 👥 Your facilitators 🔹 Uma Uppin, Founder and CEO of Tathya, where AI and coaching come together to optimize your organization.
