Beyond titles, money, status, security, and other expectations. 3:00–3:30 — Small Group Breakouts Go deeper in smaller groups and explore what's underneath your current career desires, questions, or uncertainty. 3:30–3:50 — Share Back & Collective Reflection What surfaced? What surprised you?
