Plenty of people come on their own. 🔥 Bonfire + sunset After the reading and conversation portion, we’ll stay together for sunset and a bonfire. You’re welcome to stay for the whole evening or head out whenever you’re ready. The bonfire is meant to be a relaxed way to keep the afternoon going, talk to the people you met, and spend a little more time by the ocean. 🌊 Meeting spot Ocean Beach. You'll be able to see the exact meeting spot once you register for the event. 🎟️ Tickets Tickets are $5 per person for this event. The cover fee helps us support the additional setup for this special beach edition, including the bonfire and event supplies. One registration is for one person only. If you’re bringing a friend, please send them the event link so they can register for their own spot. If your plans change, please update your RSVP so we have an accurate headcount. 🌊 What to bring → Your current read → A beach blanket or something to sit on → Warm layers - Ocean Beach can get very cold and windy, especially around sunset → Water or a snack if you’d like → Anything else that will keep you comfortable for a few hours by the ocean We’re also planning to have hot beverages available during the evening. 📸 A note on photos We may take a few photos and short clips during the event. If you’d rather not be photographed, just let one of the hosts know when you arrive and we’ll keep you out of frame. ☀️ About Sunset O’Clock Sunset O’Clock is a community that brings people together at golden hour to explore new sunset spots, share activities, and meet new people. It’s also a platform to find, save, and share sunset spots and events around the world. 🌍🌅 📚 About Read in the Park Community Read in the Park is a Bay Area reading community that meets twice a month to read our own books together in the park.
