ABOUT MIDNIGHT RUNNERS - Come tear up the streets of San Francisco Wednesday evening with Midnight Puppers and Midnight Runners. Our bootcamp style run allows everyone to challenge themselves according to their own limits. We will run roughly 1 mile and then regroup for an exercise before taking off again! All paces are welcome; however, you should be comfortable running 3 miles. No one is left behind. The run is totally free, just bring some good vibes! ABOUT PAWSITIVE RUNNERS - Pawsitive Runners is a dog running service. It pairs experienced runners with high-energy dogs for 1:1 runs (not walks) in SF. Big difference from dog walking: these are actual runners (often your neighbors, coworkers, or friends-of-friends) who are already running and love having a dog join. Bring your friends, bring your dog, and stick around for raffles and giveaways after the run! PS: We'll have an outdoor patio reserved for runners with dogs who want to stay for the post-run beer(s). Bag drop will close by 6:25 PM. We are unable to store large items (no bikes/scooters). Please limit what you bring. 🙊 Quiet your voices when captains are talking. This will help everyone hear the exercises, announcements, etc. 🏃 Follow good running etiquette: Stay on the right hand side and give way to other humans and their furry friends.
