Created in 1996, Bamboo Forest has been masterfully blending highly intuitive morning rhythms with an elegant French twist and channeling true Cancerian depth through hypnotic grooves, nostalgic synths, and deeply immersive soundscapes. Originally a solo endeavor before evolving into a collaborative duo until 2003, Bamboo Forest has anchored the global psychedelic scene with a massive discography including six full-length albums and over 60 releases on elite labels like Tip Records, Phantasm Records, and Proton Brazil. Known for mighty bass lines and beautifully textured sound design, this pioneer has spent decades captivating global dance floors and securing a permanent, respected home in psytrance history. Cancer 2026 marks Bamboo Forest's first time back at DNA Lounge since his performance in November of 2002 for Thump Radio! Tennessee native turned Bay Area electronic music mystic, Circuit Tree, processes the world through feeling and turns it into atmospheric psytrance. His alluring soundscapes--as evidenced in A Journey into the Surreal EP released on GreenTree Records--provide a sense of infinite calmness. Having nested in California for a few years now, Circuit Tree's viscerally guided sound has adapted to feature organic textures while exploring the duality of Mother Nature and the machine. Fellow lunar-ruled artist Eddy Moran established himself as an underground favorite in Southern California during the mid-2000s. He captured hearts through a nostalgic mix of memorable track selections sprinkled with strategic, mood-shifting interruptions. After migrating to the Bay Area, he helped launch MindFlux, an East Bay psytrance event organization crew. In 2021, he found a creative home, signing with Sculpted Sounds, a premiere US psytrance label based in Los Angeles. These two highly instinctive Cancerian psychedelic trance artists will nurture the dance floor and set the table for what's sure to be a transcendent evening.
