Join us for a practical workshop on turning Hermes + you.com into a reusable, governed workflow that can support real team adoption. In this session, we’ll build a /account-brief workflow from start to finish. The goal is simple: a non-technical user should be able to ask Hermes for a source-grounded account brief on a customer, prospect, partner, or company — and get back a useful, meeting-ready brief with recent developments, key risks, likely priorities, relevant context, and smart questions to ask. But this workshop goes beyond the demo. We’ll also cover what makes the workflow usable in a real organization: admin setup decisions, source review, data boundaries, allowed tools, human review, workflow ownership, success metrics, and a lightweight pilot plan. By the end, attendees will have a working blueprint for a reusable /account-brief workflow that a non-technical user can run, an admin can govern, and a team can pilot in production. What we’ll cover Run the workflow: Use Hermes + You.com to create a source-grounded account brief for a customer, prospect, partner, or company.Support non-technical users: Learn a simple pattern: ask for the brief, inspect sources, refine the output, and reuse the workflow.Make admin decisions: Define who can use the workflow, which You.com tools are allowed, where credentials live, what data is off-limits, and what requires human review.Make it reusable: Convert the successful prompt into a Hermes skill or workflow playbook.Productionize it: Create a workflow card that defines the owner, trigger, inputs, output format, review rules, success metrics, and a two-week pilot plan.Understand why You.com matters: See how You.com’s real-time Search, Contents, and Research capabilities can power source-grounded agent workflows. You’ll leave with A reusable /account-brief workflow blueprintA plain-language prompt template for non-technical usersA source-verification checklistAn admin approval checklistA Hermes skill or playbook draftA production workflow cardA two-week pilot plan Best for Admins, operators, non-technical users, workflow owners, customer-facing teams, enablement teams, solutions teams, and anyone interested in making AI workflows practical enough to stick.
