Somatic Awareness for Authentic Connection A guided experience to help you build deeper, more authentic connections through body awareness, presence, and mindful communication. Together we'll practice noticing emotions, listening with curiosity, and creating conversations that feel genuine, comfortable, and meaningful. To help everyone feel safe and fully present, we ask all participants to follow one simple guideline: Community Agreement No exchanging phone numbers, social media, or other contact information during the first three weekly gatherings. No talking about work or professions.Event Flow 5:30 – 5:45 · Arrival & WelcomeSettle in, relax, and enjoy vegan snacks as guests arrive. 5:45 – 6:00 · Opening & OrientationWe'll walk through the flow of the evening and what to expect. 6:00 – 6:15 · Sound Bath & Group MeditationA guided meditation with sound to ground and center the group. 6:15 – 7:30 · Connection RoundsIn rotating pairs, each round includes: 1 minute of ecstatic movement1 minute of co-regulated breathing1 minute of silent soft eye contact4 minutes of guided connection prompts 7:30 – 7:45 · Closing CircleWe gather to share reflections from the evening. 7:45 – 8:00 · FarewellsFinal goodbyes and gratitude before we close. This creates a space where relationships develop naturally through shared experiences rather than pressure or expectations. Our goal is to foster trust, authenticity, and lasting connections built on real human interaction. This event is hosted at the Frontier Tower: We are transforming a 16-floor tower in San Francisco into a self-governed vertical village—a hub for frontier technologies and creative arts. Tier-one labs presenting AI, Ethereum, biotech, neuroscience, longevity, robotics, makerspace, human flourishing, and arts & music. These floors will house innovators and creators pushing the boundaries of human potential in a post-AI-singularity world.
