Join us for a restorative morning designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel present together. Led by Cherie Amor, this session blends gentle somatic movement, breathwork, and grounding practices tailored to support a sense of calm and community. Whether you're new to somatic work or a familiar face, this is a welcoming space to settle into your body and breathe. Agenda: 10:00 – 10:15 AM: Arrival and settling in 10:15 – 11:15 AM: Gentle movement, breathwork, and grounding practice 11:15 AM Onward: Jamu tea by Nusa Tea + brunch bites and good company Things to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, journal Once we've moved and breathed, the morning melts into the best part: warming, golden jamu tea from Nusa Tea paired with a spread of brunch bites to share. Jamu is Indonesia's traditional herbal tonic, brewed from roots and spices like turmeric, ginger, and tamarind. It's golden, earthy, caffeine-free, and made for slow mornings exactly like this one. We'll have nourishing brunch bites with vegetarian and gluten-free options so everyone has something to savor. Linger as long as you like, pull an oracle card, sip slowly, and connect over a table made for good conversation. Spots are limited to keep the group intimate.
