Daria “Shani” Johnson Trio brings a groove-driven jazz set to Jazz in Kerouac Alley, hosted by Vesuvio Cafe. A Berklee-trained drummer, vocalist, songwriter, arranger, and producer, Johnson has collaborated with artists including Esperanza Spalding, Pamela Rose, Tammy Hall, and members of Jazz Mafia, bringing a style that moves easily through jazz, blues, funk, and rock.
