The Get Tight at The Deluxe brings instrumental funk and soul straight from Portland, Oregon, featuring guitarist Xan McCurdy (Cake), Hammond B3 organist Garth Klippert (Fruit Bats), bassist Allen Hunter (Eels, Ural Thomas & The Pain), and drummer Adam Beam.  Built around tight danceable rhythms, warm vintage organ lines, and infectious guitar grooves, the seasoned quartet delivers an energetic, instrument-centric performance steeped in classic soul-jazz and deep-pocket funk traditions.
