The Good Bad

The Good Bad bring their high-octane string music and three-part harmonies to The Grove, a San Francisco bluegrass quintet formed in 2010 by Aaron Lanes and Thom Beneudici that has spent the past decade and a half building a devoted following across the Bay Area and well beyond. The five-piece — Aaron Lanes (mandolin, guitar, vocals), Peter Domenici (banjo, vocals), Tom Conneely (guitar, vocals), Gabe Wheaton (fiddle, vocals), and Noah Zisser (bass, vocals) — weaves original songwriting together with traditional and contemporary bluegrass, pop, and Top 40 favorites into a set that is as versatile as it is virtuosic. Having shared stages with The Brothers Comatose, The Lil Smokies, Della Mae, and Front Country, toured Europe, and played prestigious festivals like Winter Wondergrass, The Good Bad arrive at The Grove with serious road-tested chops and the kind of infectious energy that turns a crowd into a community.
