Some of us stay because it teaches something else entirely — how to actually apply ancient philosophy to modern, everyday problems. This is a conversation about the philosophy underneath the poses — the part of the tradition that never shows up on a yoga mat, but quietly changes how you relate to suffering, to yourself, and to the people around you. I'll share how I found this — leaving a law career in Brazil for a one-way ticket to India, studying the Yoga Sutras in the Himalayas, and later leaning on that same philosophy to face a brain surgery abroad — and we'll dig into how you can actually use it: in a hard week, a hard relationship, or just a Tuesday that feels like too much. Expect a short breathwork and meditation practice, a guided reflection, and open conversation. No mat needed! 🕰 Flow / Schedule 5:15 – 5:20 Arrival + Settle5:20 – 6:00 The Story & Teachings — philosophy, India, and what it means for yoga to be a means, not an end6:00 – 6:15 Guided Practice6:15 – 6:25 Group Reflection6:25 – 6:45 Closing + Mingling ―――――――――― 👥 Facilitators Name: Gabi GazzolaBio: Gabi left a law career in Brazil for a one-way ticket to India, where she took a post-grad in yoga philosophy in the Himalayas — and found the framework that helped her face a brain surgery abroad.
