EVENT FEATURES The San Francisco Marathon and Expo offers the latest information, entertainment, products, and demonstrations on running techniques, gear, health, and sports nutrition. Runners can pick up their bib numbers, timing chips, sweats drop-off bags, and official marathon running shirts. All visitors can sample electrolyte drinks, energy chews, protein bars, and much more. The San Francisco Marathon includes races for all levels and running abilities and is a beautiful way to spend a day on the waterfront. For more race-day excitement, join the official SF Marathon Club on Strava.com. (Picking up runner’s gear on Friday, July 24, 2026 is highly recommended to avoid crowds. Gear can also be mailed to runners by advance arrangement.)
