She helps with both placing tech candidates at startups, while also coaching individual candidates through resume rewrites, LinkedIn positioning, and interview prep. Before recruiting, she spent five years working as a psychologist, which heavily influences how she understands people and evaluates fit today. She's excited to bring her perspective to this AI panel — how AI is reshaping how companies screen candidates and how candidates need to present themselves to get seen. Norah Leibow - Product Design Researcher, Government Systems Norah Leibow is a user-centered designer and researcher who specializes in making complex systems legible. As an early adopter of AI in the design process, she has honed responsible-AI best practices for design in federal environments where trust is critical. Her work is grounded in research, data collection, and clear communication.
