Speakers Sanna Wong-Toropainen is the Co-founder of ComplianceTwin, a company helping AI and software companies identify applicable regulations and manage compliance across global markets - using deterministic AI to deliver fast, verifiable regulatory analysis. Sanna is a Finnish lawyer and PhD researcher at the University of Helsinki. She is affiliated with CodeX, the Stanford Center for Legal Informatics, where her work focuses on the intersection of law, logic programming, and legal engineering. She is a former Data Protection Officer, and has advised European organizations on AI governance and data regulation. She is also the author of a 2025 legal handbook covering five major EU digital regulations, including the AI Act, Digital Services Act, Digital Markets Act, Data Act, and Data Governance Ac Joyce Chen is the Founder and President of Chen & Foundry, P.C., a California law firm that helps AI startups and regulated companies build privacy and AI compliance programs that hold up under customer due diligence, investor review, and regulatory scrutiny. She previously served as Chief Privacy Officer and Associate Vice President of AI, Privacy, and Global Data Protection at Agilent Technologies. Earlier in her career, she was Product Counsel for AI Integrity at Meta and counsel to AI and machine learning products at Snap Inc., where she led legal risk assessments for identity verification, trust and safety, and biometric measurement. She built the privacy program at Nova Credit from the ground up, advised on AI transformation and research and development at Pendo, and led privacy and regulatory response at Foursquare.
