Just meaningful conversation, fresh perspectives, and a supportive group of women leaders learning from one another. ---About our Facilitator--- Lisa Hoashi guides senior women leaders through the high-stakes moments that define their careers and organizations, helping them navigate advancement, lead through uncertainty, and build the self-understanding to move forward with confidence. Lisa works at the intersection of leadership development, executive coaching, and strategic communications, with more than 225 coaching engagements and 1,500 hours as an ICF Professional Certified Coach. She has delivered women's leadership development programs for Fortune 500 companies and coaches leaders from new managers to C-suite executives in industries across technology, energy, manufacturing, finance and healthcare. As a facilitator, Lisa creates spaces where high-achieving women can bring their most pressing concerns, find both validation and fresh thinking, and leave with greater clarity and energy for what matters most. Lisa’s prior career was as a global communications leader in international development and humanitarian aid, work that took her to Port-au-Prince after the 2010 Haiti earthquake and to refugee camps of the Syrian Civil War. Her field experiences gave her a hard-won understanding of what it takes for leaders to deliver results in the most demanding conditions. That understanding informs all her leadership conversations today. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Lisa has lived and worked in Barcelona for the past 12 years, serving clients across the US, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.
