Luma Event Link Yoga Flow in the Park — with Hannah Join the Meet You There SF community for a free yoga flow in the park with Hannah Sevilla, host of pneuma retreats. We'll begin with a guided meditation to arrive and settle in, move through a breath-led flow to open the body, and close with a somatic release to let everything land. This is a space to connect with yourself and others through the practice of yoga. Bring a mat, water, and whoever you'd like. No experience needed, just come as you are. Beverages will be provided.
