The Commons: Third Space (Hayes Valley) Event Link Nature has always been the greatest teacher of transitions. Every season ends. Every leaf falls. Every forest fire makes way for new growth. And yet we rarely let nature's wisdom touch our own inner seasons — the endings, the in-betweens, the slow emergences we're moving through. This is a special edition of the Aliveness Circle — held outdoors, in the quiet beauty of Golden Gate Park. A chance to slow down, and let nature hold the questions you've been carrying about your own transitions. Whether you're navigating a change you chose, one that chose you, or simply sensing that something in you is quietly shifting, this gathering is for you. ✨ THE ALIVENESS CIRCLE is a gathering for builders, leaders, changemakers and anyone who wants to live with more alignment and aliveness. We explore aliveness through science and spiritual wisdom. At the heart of every Circle is deep connection, to oneself and others. What You'll Experience: • Gathering in a beautiful cosy location in Golden Gate Park • Opening with somatic movement - allow nature to bring out the aliveness in your body • Nature-based meditation where we'll notice the present moment through connection to ourselves and the world around us. • Story-sharing from Gregg and Vivien on what nature, aliveness and transitions mean to them • Nature-based connection circles: Prompts to help you reflect on your inner transition journey through engaging with nature, and discussion in small groups • Closing tea ceremony with forest tea made from flowers and plants from where we'll be gathering! "Vivien has put a lot of time and energy into understanding aliveness and it shows. The circle is well-designed with guided somatic practice, reflection, and sharing that helped me go deeper in unexpected ways. Highly recommend! ―――――――――― SF Stuff To Do Do not edit this event! changes will be overwritten
